The 4 Green Wen Qu Literary Star is in the East. There is also one Auspicious Star entering the East this year which will be beneficial for business expansion and romance. The Fire element can be used such as a red lamp or shade. Can also use colors such as maroon, purple or fuchsia.
The 5 Yellow Lian Zhen Disaster Star moves to the Southeast this year. To reduce the negative effects add Metal or a clock with moving parts such as a Grandfather Clock. Keep the area quiet and do not dig or do construction.
The 1 White Tang Lang Fortunate Star falls in the South this year. The Inauspicious Three Sha also falls in the South, so avoid digging and construction or such unhappy things like bleeding or fire related disasters could manifest. Use indoor plants to remedy.
The 3 Jade Green Lu Cun Star visits the Southwest. Also avoid construction or digging since an inauspicious star Sui Sha is also present. Add the Fire element or the color red.
The 8 White Zou Fu Wealth Star moves to the West. Making use of this area will be beneficial for new development, wealth and promotions. Use the Earth element here.
The 7 Red Po Jun Red Fighting Star moves to the Northwest. The inauspicious Po Sui Star also falls in the Northwest, so avoid digging or construction here. Use the Water element and colors of blue and black.
The 2 Black Ju Men Star moves to the North. Add Metal or a Grandfather Clock with moving parts to this area.
The 9 Purple You Bi Celebration Star moves to the Northeast this year. This makes the Northeast the most beneficial area for this Year of the Water Dragon. The Fire element can be used in this area such as a red lamp or shade as well as the colors red, maroon purple or fuchsia.
The Three Sha are in the South, Southeast and Southwest Directions are Si, Wu and Wei. Sui Po – Year Breaker is in the Northwest-Xu Direction. Tai Sui is is the Southeast-Chen Direction Avoid construction or major renovation in all directions except Chen. No digging or breaking earth in these directions – if cannot be avoided hang metal Windchimes in area whilst working. Dogs and Dragons should not attend funerals or burials during the Third- Ren Chen (April) , Sixth -Yi Wei (July) , Ninth-Wu Xu (October) or Twelfth month- Xin Chou (January 2013).
